Sourcing Strategy

A structured approach to recovery, from day one.

The Textile Recovery Facility is being developed to formalise the recovery, sorting and preparation of polyester-rich textile waste streams from Surat's textile ecosystem.

Our immediate focus is largely on pre-consumer and post-industrial textile waste, while post-consumer textile waste is also an integral part of the sourcing strategy from day one. As recovery systems mature, post-consumer sourcing is expected to grow meaningfully.

Pre-Consumer Waste

Manufacturing-stage offcuts & rejects

Post-Industrial Waste

Processing & trading-stage textile waste

Post-Consumer Waste

End-of-use textile waste streams
